I’d like to take a few moments to share my customer experience from a December 2010 photo shoot. All too often, customers only provide negative feedback and do not take the time to congratulate and/or express thanks for the professionalism they encounter and high-quality service they receive. Unfortunately, such things are often taken for granted. I want to therefore emphasize that my experience was perfect from start to finish, from the photo shoot itself right until the delivery. Those who assisted us were in good spirits, professional, creative, detail-oriented, and demonstrated exceptional team work. I would like to congratulate them on this. It was not our first visit and since we have always been well received, we have been passing the word on to our colleagues and friends. Thank you!

It would be my honor to share with you the most wonderful experience my family had while taking photo's at Magenta Studio Photo.
My husband and I had a bit of apprehension with (2) children and looking to capture the "perfect family photo", it was to our delight to see the impact your skilled employees made to make our wish... a reality.
Your staff was serving and kind as we were guided to take pictures. Our girls were acting up and everybody was more than accommodating and patient. The team’s demeanor was pleasant and their skill level was excellent.
An extra staff was called in to help the children "Jell" and cooperate. He was funny and patient and quickly had both girls (6 and 7) listening intently. Our girls are still talking about him and this favorable experience.
All were informative and helped us decide our order quickly. All were also very service oriented and supportive as they fine-tuned the details and order perfectly.
Thank you for your wise investment in the Leadership and Team work, as I will quickly refer your company to friends and family.

I just wanted to share with you an experience I had at Magenta as a customer. My husband and I bought from a charity a free session from Magenta for the value of 255$. We lost the certificate! I went into the store… that was very busy at the time and connected with the employee who was kind, and friendly...and put me immediately in touch with Head Office.  I explained my story and right away the person in charge went to work putting the pieces together to find my certificate.  She really made me feel like a valued customer, was respectful and very professional.  She found it and we have a session booked for December!!
